The Heart Behind Able Adventurers
Able Adventurers is run by a qualified educator and caregiver with extensive experience supporting children and adults with disabilities and special needs.
With a strong background in inclusive education and caregiving, and lived experience navigating accessibility in everyday life with a child with Cerebral Palsy, our work is rooted in compassion, patience, and practical understanding. This is not just a business — it’s a commitment to making travel feel possible, safe, and empowering.
Able Adventurers was created from a deep understanding that travel, while exciting, can feel overwhelming when accessibility matters. For many individuals and families, uncertainty around mobility, safety, and support can turn travel planning into a source of stress rather than joy.
Our mission is simple: to make travel more accessible, dignified, and enjoyable for everyone. Able Adventurers was founded by a mother whose daughter has Cerebral Palsy, and who knows first-hand how much thought, planning, and emotional energy it takes to travel safely and comfortably.
